What Members Ask Before Joining

How is this different from other mastermind groups?

We require active operators only (no exited founders giving outdated advice), maintain qualification-based membership to ensure peer quality, and structure everything around accountability rather than casual networking. Plus, we have ongoing community engagement between calls, not just quarterly meetups.


What if I can't make every call?

All sessions are recorded. However, the value comes from live participation. If you can't commit to attending most calls, this probably isn't the right fit right now.


Will I be sharing sensitive information?

Yes, especially in Performance Sessions where we track real numbers. Everything shared is confidential. All members sign confidentiality agreements, and violations result in immediate removal.


Base Membership calls max out at 12-15 people. Core Membership sub-groups are even smaller (5-8 people) based on agency size and focus area.

What if my agency focus is different from others?

We intentionally mix agency types (creative, digital, PR, media, specialized). The frameworks for growth, people management, and profitability transcend specific service offerings. Plus, Core members can join specialized sub-groups.


Is there a commitment period?

Base Membership is month-to-month (though we expect meaningful engagement). Core Membership requires a 6-month initial commitment to ensure you get full value and contribute to group cohesion.


What happens if I don't get accepted?

We'll be transparent about why and potentially point you toward resources better suited to your current stage. Sometimes the timing matters. We may encourage you to reapply once you hit certain milestones.
